About these terms

This website is operated by Sparknexis Energy, Lagos, Nigeria. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Where a quotation, invoice or order confirmation contains more specific terms, those terms apply to that transaction.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Specifications can change between production batches, and some catalogue entries are sample data labelled “Demo listing”. Availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed by our team before dispatch. Images are illustrations and may not show every detail.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout or in your quotation applies.
• Payment must be completed before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card details.
• Bank transfers are only confirmed once the payment is verified by our team.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment (or agree documented payment terms). We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing was clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount received for that order.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates confirmed after order review. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for inspecting the goods at handover. Additional costs for special handling may apply and will be agreed first.

Installation

Installation is a separate service unless expressly included in your quotation. Installation requires a suitable site and access. We confirm scope, exclusions and any installation warranty terms in the quotation. Changes to the site or scope may affect cost and schedule.

Compatibility and suitability

Battery, inverter and panel compatibility must be verified. Where you supply your own equipment or choose a configuration against our advice, you accept responsibility for compatibility and performance. Our planning tools are indicative only.

Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our shipping and returns summary. Installation and equipment warranties are described in our warranty summary and the documents provided with your purchase.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect use, unauthorised modification or third-party work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and copy belong to Sparknexis Energy or their respective owners and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
