Warranty summary
Installation workmanship and equipment warranties are different things. This page explains both, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Installation warranty
Eligible residential installations include a 5-year installation warranty. The warranty covers defects in our installation workmanship, subject to the specific terms confirmed in your quotation. It does not extend the life of the equipment or replace manufacturer warranties.
Equipment warranty
Panels, inverters, batteries and accessories carry the manufacturer's warranty. Duration and coverage vary by product and are confirmed at purchase. We can share the applicable terms before you commit; where a listing is sample data, those terms must be confirmed.
What is typically covered
- Installation-related faults traceable to our workmanship.
- Manufacturer defects covered by the applicable equipment warranty.
- Issues identified during a reasonable inspection and reported promptly.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, impact, improper use or unauthorised modification.
- Damage from lightning, flooding, fire or unstable grid conditions, subject to manufacturer terms.
- Normal wear, consumables and cosmetic deterioration.
- Work by third parties after handover, unless agreed in writing.
Making a claim
- Contact us with your order or installation reference and a description of the issue.
- Include photos and any error codes or readings where relevant.
- Do not attempt repairs yourself; this can affect eligibility.
- We will arrange inspection or coordinate with the manufacturer as appropriate.
Documentation
Keep your quotation, order confirmation and equipment manuals. These make claims faster and help you operate the system as intended.
This page is a summary, not the full warranty contract. The terms confirmed in your quotation and the manufacturer's documentation prevail. Questions? Contact our team.
